Die cutting
Die-cutting is the process of cutting paper or material to a custom shape and size. It is created by using a sharp steel blade which is formed into a specific shape, then cut through the paper. It is cut on our Colex Cutter and creates a crisp, smooth edge which offers a consistent and very specific cut. The options and shapes are almost limitless and the cut form or “die” is customised for the piece it is creating.
Scale up, scale down.
Die cutting can be applied to both large and small jobs. We most often apply it to large format vinyl print outs that we cut to create custom decals, event graphics, and signage. We can also apply die cutting to smaller sized jobs such as business cards, brochures, and posters to make your order stand out at a additional fee.
Vinyl Decals
We can produce custom Vinyl Decals in-house on our large format printer and cut them to specified sizes or shapes on our Colex machine. Any shape or size smaller then 8’ long and 4’ wide can be cut. For jobs bigger then the specified size we can piece it together and ship it at an additional charge. Jobs bigger then 3’ square are recommended to be picked up in person to reduce damage, and cost.
Event Graphics
We have partnered with our parent company RentQuest to produce event graphics for concerts, parties, and large events. In need of event furniture, install, and graphics? We have you covered, furniture and staging services can be provided by RentQuest, and we will produce the graphics for your one of a kind event.
